Effects of Jet Lag
A traveler should not last more than once having to endure those annoying disorder that makes us the Jet Lag, also known as syndrome of time zones, which occurs when two or more crossing time zones in one trip and affects the internal clock of our body.
Among the symptoms of jet lag are some digestive problems such as loss of appetite, vomiting and diarrhea, general fatigue, headache, irregular hours of sleep, disorientation, dizziness, irritability and even may be a slight depression. A fairly long list the impact suffered by tourists when traveling long and pass through an abrupt change of schedule.
What to do this so that our holidays are more usable? - To avoid jet lag can gradually adjust the time we're going to sleep, for example going to bed an hour earlier or later each day for that when it comes time to travel our body clock is closer to the time we arrive at the destination.
