Continuing with the information on this wonderful Brazilian city, where until now we talk a little about the natural attractions that may know, in this fourth installment we will mention some of its architectural and cultural attractions to visit during your vacation in Rio de Janeiro .

So, on Calle San Clemente Botafago district is located the City Palace, seat of the Municipality or Prefecture. This building was the former British ambassador's residence, is Victorian, designed by the British Prenice Robert and James Adams. A little further north, is located Guanabara Palace, better known as Tiradentes Palace, former residence of the imperial princess Isabella. Until 1960, when Rio was the capital of Brazil, this building was used as presidential residence, and is currently the seat of government of the State of Rio de Janeiro.

In the Flamengo neighborhood also has its own beach, located a little north of the city is a large urban park that bears his name and within this green space are at the Museum of Modern Art and monuments to Estacio de Sa, founder of the city, and in honor of the dead in World War II. On a scenic hill or hill covered with vegetation called Otero de la Gloria, stands the Church of Our Lady of the Glory of Otero. It is a Baroque church with white walls and decorations made of stone. Annexed to the church, stands the Museum of the Brotherhood, which conserves valuable pieces that belonged to the imperial family of Brazil. At the foot of this hill stands a monument commemorating the fourth centenary of the discovery of Brazil, surrounded by gardens and represents Alavarado Pedro Cabral, posing with winning attitude and raising the flag of Portugal.
